When will I receive my ticket?

You'll receive a QR code email with your confirmation email from Ticket Tailor which is your entry to the festival. Please keep this handy and ready to scan when you arrive.

Please double check the spelling of your email address at purchase, and ensure your email address used to purchase tickets, is the email address you will have when next year’s event comes around.

What’s the LOCATION?

Strawberry Barn, North Boarhunt, Fareham, PO17 6JF

  • If you’ve misplaced your email with your tickets, or can’t remember receiving them, first check your spam folder.

    If you really can’t find it, you can always request them to be sent again on the Tickets page. Simply click the ‘Need help, or lost your tickets?’ link and add your email address to resend.

  • Arrival any time after 10am on Friday. Please do not arrive early. The gates will be closed, there is no parking and you will block the road. For security, and safety from driving at the site in the dark, the gates will be shut overnight from 9pm to 9am, so please ensure you arrive beforehand.

    You are welcome to stay until 3pm on Sunday.

  • Due to the continuing dry weather and safety concerns, fire pits, disposable BBQs and open fires are prohibited at Dubs South Campout 2026.

  • A Weekend Ticket is per 7m x 7m pitch, not per person. This pitch comfortably accommodates either one campervan with an awning or one car with a camping tent. The long wheelbase Sprinter or Crafter style vans which are slightly longer than 7m are permitted on our pitches.

    Please note: Only one vehicle is allowed per pitch. For example, if you have two vans, or a van and a car, you will need to purchase two separate pitches.

    All tents, vehicles, and accessories must fit within the pitch. There should be no spillover into neighbouring pitches, roads, or fire lanes.

  • Touring-style caravans are not permitted under any circumstances.
    If you arrive with a caravan longer than 3 metres, we will unfortunately have to refuse entry, and no refund will be issued.

    Compact teardrop-style camper caravans or micro-caravans are allowed, provided the entire setup fits within a 7×7 metre pitch.

    This is a rule we’ve had for a few years, however for 2026, this will be strictly enforced due to access restrictions and site safety.

  • Please arrive together or as a group to guarantee your pitches together.

  • We’ll have toilets and also hot showers for anyone wanting to freshen up, along with drinking water, and a washing up area. Electricity hook ups are not available, our new location has 4G signal, for those that need to stay connected.

    Top tip: Stop off at a cash machine before heading to the festival to ensure you have pocket money for food, merch, and the all important Charity Bingo.

  • Yes, of course! We ask that dogs are kept on a lead at all times and mess is cleaned up.

  • Yes you may bring whatever drinks you like, however, please no glass bottles. We will have a full bar onsite serving beer, cider, cocktails and soft drinks.

  • Not at all! Everybody’s welcome whether you have a campervan or a tent.

  • Drugs, legal highs or illegal substances. We are a family friendly festival.

    Weapons of any kind.

    Fireworks and Chinese Lanterns.

    Large Sound Systems.

    No bikes or scooters in the event area, marquees or vendor village please.

WHAT’S NEW FOR 2026?

We’re levelling up the good vibes, fine-tuning the set-up and keeping things smooth for everyone. Have a gander at what’s changed:

  • You’ll be able to arrive from 10am on Friday – more time to pitch up and ease into the weekend vibes.

  • Introducing The Big Pitch & The Mega Pitch! Rolling deep? These new group options give you loads more room and work out cheaper than booking individual spots. More mates, more space, less hassle.

  • Pitch sizes will be 7m x 7m – perfect for your setup with space to chill, but still keeps the community feel. Think you’ll need more room? The Big Pitch is 16x16m to fit up to 5 vehicles, while the Mega Pitch is 32x32m for a whopping 20 vehicles!

  • One vehicle per pitch – that means a camper and awning or a car and tent combo. Need more wheels? You’ll need more pitches. Easy!

  • No caravans allowed – sorry tourers, this one's just for tents, campervans and small motorhomes. Keep it compact, keep it classic.

Still the same epic weekender you love, with a few tweaks to make it even better.

  • Earlybird Weekend Tickets - £79* Get your tickets quick as there is limited availability, once they're gone, they're gone.

  • Tier 1 Weekend Tickets - £89* will be live from once Earlybird tickets are sold out.

  • The final tier, Tier 2 Weekend Tickets - £99* will be available once Tier 1 tickers are sold out.

  • For group pitches, we have two new ticket options:

    • Big Pitch - £396* a large 16x16m pitch for groups of up to 5 vehicles. Guaranteed to camp with your favourite people and cheaper than booking 5 separate pitches – more space, less spend.

    • Mega Pitch - £1,500* a MEGA 32x32m pitch, perfect for groups of up to 20 vehicles. Guaranteed to camp with your full festival family and get 4 pitches FREE! Mega in size and savings.
